Office Administrator

Job details
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is an asset.
Requirements and skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office.
- Coordinate with technicians and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and reconciling accounts.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Auto Repair Mechanic.

Job details
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid certification as an Auto Repair Mechanic.
- SGI approval to perform repairs on vehicles (Red Seal certification is highly preferred.).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Auto Repair Mechanic.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements and skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and malfunctions.
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance, including engine repairs, brake inspections, suspension work, and electrical system troubleshooting.
- Complete repairs efficiently and effectively, adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of repairs, including parts used and labor time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper procedures for the handling of tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with the service advisor and other team members to provide outstanding customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and advancements through ongoing training and professional development.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
